PE42422, SPDT RF Switch

The PE42422 is a HaRP™ technology-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5 *6000 MHz.

This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no external components.
