Power Rectifiers, Ultra-fast Recovery MURS320, SURS8320, MURS340, SURS8340, MURS360, SURS8360 This series employs the state−of−the−art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and protection diodes, in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
