MC74VHCT139A Dual 2-to-4 Decoder/ Demultiplexer The MC74VHCT139A is an advanced high speed CMOS 2 to 4 decoder/demultiplexer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL devices while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.
