Ni-Cd/Ni-MH Battery Charger IC OVERVIEW The SM6780AS is a quick charge control IC for Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries.

It supports quick charge, supplemental and pulse trickle charging modes.
