The TDA3672 is a fixed 3.0 V voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage and quiescent current, which operates over a wide supply voltage range.

The IC is available as: TDA3672AT: VP ≤ 45 V; *40 °C ≤ Tamb ≤ +125 °C and SO8 package (automotive).
