The SSL5018TE is a high-voltage Integrated Circuit (IC) controller with an integrated MOSFET for driving LED lamps in general mains non-dimmable light.

SSL5018TE Features

* Driving LED strings from a rectified mains supply
* Highly integrated switch mode LED driver with integrated 600 V (DC) power switches
* Efficient BCM operation with:
* No reverse recovery losses in freewheel diode
* Zero Current Switching (ZCS) for turn-on of switch
* Zero

SSL5018TE Applications

* The IC operates with input voltages up to 230 V (AC). The main benefits of these products are:
* Small Printed-Circuit Board (PCB) footprint, and compact solution
* High efficiency (up to 93 %)
* High input power factor (> 0.95); Low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD; < 20 %)
