The ME2182 is synchronous， 2A，1.2MHZ step-up DC-DC controller ， which mainly consists of a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, a PWM / PFM switching control circuit and an adjustable output current limit circuit.
