The device • DC to 3.2Gbps operation connects to typical transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) • Low-noise CML data outputs that are AC-coupled. The SY88343BL quantizes these (LOS) output with internal 4.75kΩ pull-up resistor signals and outputs CML-level waveforms. • TTL /EN input The SY88343BL operates from a single +3.3V power supply, over temperatures ranging from –40oC to +85oC.
