MAX1976, Low-Input-Voltage / 300mA LDO Regulators with RESETin SOT and TDFN

The MAX1963/MAX1976 low-dropout linear regulators operate from a +1.62V to +3.6V supply and deliver a guaranteed 300mA continuous load current with a low 100mV dropout.
