Description

The MAX5195 is an advanced, 14-bit, 260Msps digitalto-analog converter (DAC) designed to meet the demanding performance requirements of signal synthesis applications found in wireless base stations and other communication systems.

Features

an integrated 1.2V bandgap reference and control amplifier to ensure high accuracy and low-noise performance. Additionally, a separate reference input pin allows the user to apply an external reference source for optimum flexibility. The digital and clock inputs of the MAX5195 are designed for differential LVPECL-compatible voltage levels. o 260Msps Output Update Rate o Excellent SFDR Performance To Nyquist (-12dBFS) At 19.4MHz Output = 77dBc At 51.6MHz Output = 76dBc o Industry-Leading IMD Perf.
