The MPM4730 is a synchronous, four-switch integrated buck-boost module with a 2.8V to 22V input voltage (VIN) range.

automatic pulse-frequency modulation (PFM)/pulse-width modulation (PWM) or forced PWM switching modes. It also provides a selectable switching frequency (fSW) and configurable soft start. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPM4730 is available in an ECLGA-18 (3mmx3mm) package.
