The MPM3690-30 is a dual 18A or single 36A output power module, which offers a complete power solution with excellent load and line regulation.

Pin-Compatible Dual 18A and Single 36A Output Power Modules o MPM3690-30A Dual 18A o MPM3690-30B Single 36A.
4V to 16V Input Voltage Range o 3.2V to 16V Input Voltage Range with External 3.3V VCC Bias.
0.6V to 3.3V Output Voltage Range.
Ultra-Fast Transient Enabled by Constant- On-Time (COT) Control.
Adjustable Switching Frequency.
Adjustable Soft-Start Time.
Over-Current and Over-Voltage Protection.
Differential Remote Sense for Both Output Channels.
