The MP4575 is a frequency-programmable, step-down, switching converter with integrated, internal, high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.

Wide 4.5V to 55V Input Voltage Range.
90mΩ and 70mΩ Internal High-Side and Low-Side Power MOSFETs.
Peak-Current-Mode Control.
Programmable Switching Frequency.
Optional External Soft Start.
Over-Current Protection (OCP) with Valley Current Detection.
Supports External Synchronous Clock.
Over-Voltage Protection (OVP).
Current Limit Decreases during Output Short for Better Thermal Performance.
