The MP2459 is a monolithic, step-down, switchmode converter with a built-in power MOSFET.

1Ω Internal Power MOSFET.
Stable with Low-ESR Ceramic Output Capacitors.
Up to 90% Efficiency.
0.1μA Shutdown Mode.
Fixed 480kHz Frequency.
Thermal Shutdown.
Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection.
Wide 4.5V-to-55V Operating Input Range.
Output Adjustable from 0.81V to 0.95.
VIN.
Available in a TSOT23-6 Package.
