Dose Rate Upset >1010 RAD (Si)/s 20ns Pulse.
Latch-Up Free Under Any Conditions.
Fanout (Over Temperature Range) - Standard Outputs 10 LSTTL Loads.
Military Temperature Range: -55oC to +125oC.
