HT1632 32´8 & 24´16 LED Driver .
The HT1632 is a memory mapping LED display controller/driver, which can select a number of out bits and commons.

HT1632 Features

* Operating voltage: 2.4V~5.5V
* Multiple LED display - 32 out bits/8 commons and
* Serial MCU interface - CS, RD, WR, DATA
* Data mode & command mode instruction

HT1632 Applications

* www. DataSheet4U. com 24 out bits/16 commons
* Integrated display RAM - select 32 out bits & (up to 5 HT1632s possible)
* Selectable NMOS open drain output driver and 8 commons for 64´4 display RAM, or select 24 outbits & 16 commons for 96´4 display RAM
* 16-level PWM brightness contro
