Global Mixed-mode Technology Inc.G5916 Flash LED Driver with 700mA Charge Pump .
The G5916 is a charge pump for high-current white LED driving used in camera flash applications.

G5916 Features

* Independent flash/torch/shutdown modes
* Up to 700mA drive current
* Flash timeout protection
* Torch mode set to 20% of flash current
* 1X/2X mode for torch mode to maximize effi- ciency
* Wide input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V
