Global Mixed-mode Technology G5671 3A Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC .
The G5671 is a monolithic step-down switch mode regulator with a built in internal power MOSFET.

* 75mΩ Internal Power MOSFET Switch
* Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic Capaci- tors or POSCAPs
* 85% Efficiency at 2.5A Output Current (5V->1.8V)
* Less Than 1µA Shutdown Current
* 1MHz Switching Frequency
* Power Good Ope
