Description

The G5632 is a high efficiency, 2A buck converter with two low RDS(ON) switches.

5V to 14V Input Supply Range.
Up to 95% Efficiency.
Synchronous Switches.
No External Schottky Diodes Needed.
Internal Soft Start.
Output Voltage Adjustable to 0.8V.
2A continuous output current.
Fixed 500kHz Switching Frequency.
