Applications

* If RG remains un-changed by the user IG,steady will remain sufficiently low to allow 100 % duty cycle operation with an SJT. However, if RG is shorted or reduced such that RG ≤ 2.8 Ω in order to drive higher current devices, the duty cycle will be limited by the following equation: 3 5, 0.9 Nov.
