SP6153 Description

300kHz Synchronous Buck Controller with Frequency Synchronization SP6153 .
The SP6153 has been designed to be implemented as synchronous step-down switching regulator.

SP6153 Features

* 4.5V → 30V Input step down converter
* Built-in feedback compensation with feed forward
* Overcurrent circuit protection with auto-restart using FET RDSon sensing
* 300kHz fixed switching frequency
* External synchronization capable
* Up to 30A outpu

SP6153 Applications
