The DIO5508B is a complete constant-current / constant voltage linear charger for single cell Lithium-Ion batteries.

Features

Programmable Charge Current Up to 600mA.
Over Voltage Lockout Protection.
Under Voltage Lockout Protection.
Reverse current protection between BAT and GND pins.
Automatic Recharge Threshold 4.05V (Typ. ).
Charge Status Output Pin.
2.9V Trickle Charge Threshold.
Soft-Start Limits Inrush Current.
Available in SOT23-6 package.
Pb-free, rohs-compliant and Halogen-free.
