The DIODES™ AP61200 / DIODES™ AP61201 / DIODES™ AP61202 / DIODES™ AP61203 is a 2A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 2.

AP61201 Features

* VIN: 2.3V to 5.5V
* Output Voltage (VOUT): 0.6V to 3.6V
* 2A Continuous Output Current
* 0.6V ± 2% Reference Voltage
* 19μA Low Quiescent Current (Pulse Frequency Modulation)
* 1.3MHz Switching Frequency (VIN = 5V, VOUT = 1.8V)
* Up to 89% Efficiency at 5mA Light Load
