AT24CS04 and AT24CS08 I2C-Compatible (2-wire) Serial EEPROM with a Unique, Factory Programmed 128-bit Serial Number 4-Kbit (512 x 8) or 8-Kbit (1,024 .
The Atmel® AT24CS04 and AT24CS08 provides 4,096/8,192 bits of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 512.
