The quiescent supply current is very low, typically 25μA. The AAT4285 is available in a Pb-free, 8-pin SC70JW package and is specified over the -4Applications
* The MOSFET operates from a 3.0V to 13.2V input range making it ideal for applications in single or dual cell Lithium-Ion battery systems.
