ADG802, <0.5 ohm CMOS/ Low Voltage/ SPST Switches

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The ADG801/ADG802 are monolithic CMOS SPST (Single Pole, Single Throw) switches with On Resistance of less than 0.5Ω.
