uP9628Q High Performance Single-Phase Synchronous Buck Converter General Description The uP9628Q is a high performance synchronous buck converter specifically designed to work with 2.7V~22V input voltage and deliver high quality output voltage for microprocessor and chipset supplies. The uP9628Q provides flexible selection of output LC filter and excellent transient response to load and line regulation. The uP9628Q has complete functions including under voltage protection, over voltage protection, current limit protection, soft-start, power good indication and over temperature protection.
