  • Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 6.3 V.
  • Surge current for 8/20 μs pulse: IPPM = 56 A (rated) / IPP = 65 A (average measured).
  • Ultra low clamping voltage VCL = 9.3 V typ. at 56 A 3.
