NPS4069 Overview
Description
The NPS4069 is a 5.5 V, 55 mΩ load switch suitable for applications up to 1.5 A. The NPS4069 switch limits the output current to a constant current by using a constant-current mode when the output load exceeds the current limit threshold or shorted.
