They are unity-gain stable and can drive large output currents. Differential gain is 0.02% and differential phase is 0.09°. Quiescent current is only 4.9 m A per channel. The OPAx354 series of op amps are optimized for operation on single or dual supplies as low as 2.5 V (±1.25 V) and up to 5.5 V (±2.75 V). mon-mode input range extends beyond the supplies. The output swing is within 100 m V of the rails, supporting wide dynamic range. For applications requiring the full 100-m A continuous output current, single and dual 8-pin HSOP Power PAD versions are available. The single version (OPA354) is available in the tiny 5pin SOT-23 and 8-pin HSOP Power PAD packages. The dual version (OPA2354) es in the miniature 8-pin VSSOP and 8-pin HSOP Power PAD packages.
