Description
The PI33xx-x0 is a family of high efficiency, wide input range DC‑DC ZVS-Buck regulators integrating controller, power switches, and support ponents all within a high density System-in-Package (Si P). The integration of a high performance Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology, within the PI33xx-x0 series, increases point of load performance providing best in class power efficiency. The PI33xx-x0 requires only an external inductor and minimal capacitors to form a plete DC-DC switching mode Buck Regulator.
