U74HCT125 - QUADRUPLE BUS BUFFER GATES

Description

The U74HCT125 is a quadruple bus buffer gates with 3-state output.

When OE is high, the Y outputs are in a high-impedance state.

When OE is low, the device passes noninverted data from the A input to the Y output.

  • Max tPD of 12 ns from A to Y at 5.5 V, CL = 50 pF.

When OE is high, the Y outputs are in a high-impedance state. When OE is low, the device passes noninverted data from the A input to the Y output.
