DESCRIPTION FEATURES through The UMD16LCXXB series of Monolithic ※ 500 Watts peak pulse power (tp=8/20µs) Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed for ※ ESD and Transient protection for data, applications where voltage transients caused by signal and Vcc bus to IEC 1000-4-2.
