General The TLP3127 photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. It is housed in a 4pin package with 2.54-mm lead pitch and 2.1-mm height. The TLP3127 is a bi-directional switch, which can replace mechanical relays in many applications. And its high on-state current maximum rating and low on-state resistance is suitable to control a power line. 3.
