PWM drive Stepping Motor Driver / Brush DC Motor Driver Selectable, DC-DC Converter and Reset function IC
The TB62217FG is a dual stepping motor driver driven by PWM chopper micro step, with 3- channel step-down DC-DC converters and an external-IC reset function. To drive a two-phase bipolar-type stepping motor, a 16-bit latch and a 16-bit shift register are built into the IC. The IC is suitable for driving stepping motors with low-torque ripple in a highly efficient manner. In addition, a signal axis can be switched to serve as a PWM driver for two DC motors.
