General Description

The XD6121/XD6122/XD6123/XD6124 series is a group of high-precision, low current consumption voltage detectors with watchdog functions incorporating CMOS process technology.

The series consist of a reference voltage source, delay circuit, comparator, and output driver.

Control ☆AEC-Q100 Grade3 ■GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XD6121/XD6122/XD6123/XD6124 series is a group of high-precision, low current consumption voltage detectors with watchdog functions incorporating CMOS process technology.
