General Description

TTP255 MCU is an easy-used 4-bit CPU base microcontroller.

It contains 4K-word ROM 、 384-nibble RAM 、 timer/Counter 、 interrupt service 、IO control hardware、touch pad feature、LDO and TT-BUS for specified applications.
