CXP87400 is CMOS 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer manufactured by Sony Semiconductor Solutions.
Description
The CXP87400 is a CMOS 8-bit single chip microputer of piggyback/evaluator bined type, which is developed for evaluating the function of the CXP87452/87460.
