General Description

The ICX249AL is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for CCIR black-and-white video cameras with a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) system.

Sensitivity, smear, D-range, S/N and other characteristics from visible light area to near infrared light area, have been greatly improved compared with the ICX039DLA through the adoption of EXview HAD CCDTM technology.
