ICX248AL Overview
Description
The ICX248AL is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for EIA black-and-white video cameras with a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) system. Sensitivity, smear, D-range, S/N and other characteristics from visible light area to near infrared light area, have been greatly improved compared with the ICX038DLA through the adoption of EXview HAD CCD TM technology.
