General Description

The AAT4285 SmartSwitch is a P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications.

The MOSFET operates from a 3.0V to 13.2V input range making it ideal for applications in single or dual cell Lithium-Ion battery systems.

The quiescent supply current is very low, typically 25µA. The AAT4285 is available in a Pb-free, 8-pin SC70JW package and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
