25ns, 35ns and 45ns Access Times.
“Hands-off” Automatic STORE on Power Down with only a small capacitor.
STORE to QuantumTrap™ Nonvolatile Elements is Initiated by Software , device pin or AutoStore™ on Power Down.
RECALL to SRAM Initiated by Software or Power Restore.
Unlimited READ, WRITE and RECALL Cycles.
5mA Typical ICC at 200ns Cycle Time.
1,000,000 STORE Cycles to QuantumTrap™.
100-Year Data Retention to QuantumTrap™.
