EFR32BG21 BLE Wireless SoC Family Data Sheet The EFR32BG21 SoC is part of the Wireless Gecko portfolio. EFR32BG21 SoCs are ideal for enabling energy-friendly Bluetooth 5 networking for IoT devices.
