DESCRIPTION
The SA78RXX is a positive low voltage dropout regulator, the voltage dropout is below 0.5V at 1A. The SA78RXX provides two versions: fixed and adjustable versions. The SA78RXX is available in fixed output voltages 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 8V, 9V, 12V and 15V. The SA78RXX offers some key features include thermal shutdown, peak current protection, overvoltage protection and output disable function. The SA78RXX is an excellent choice for use in various electronic equipments.
