Overview The LC72P32 is a version of the LC7232N single-chip PLL plus microcontroller product that provides an 8 Kbyte (4096 words × 16 bits) one-time programmable ROM on chip. The LC72P32 has identical functions and the same pin assignment and packaging as the LC7232N, which is a mask ROM product. The LC72P32 can contribute to bringing up the first production run of a new product quickly and to reducing the switchover period when specifications change. Features - Option selection according to PROM data The LC7232N optional functions can be specified with PROM data. This allows mass-production products to be tested and evaluated. - On-chip 8 Kbyte (4096 words × 16 bits) PROM This is a one-time programmable 8 Kbyte (4096 words × 16 bits) ROM. - Packaging and pin assignments are identical to those of the LC7232N mask ROM version, i.e., these products are pin patible.
