SLA6805MH
Overview
The SLA6805MH is a high voltage 3-phase motor driver in which transistors and pre-drive circuits are highly integrated. Supplied in a ZIP23 package (heatsink type) with selectable leadforms, the SLA6805MH offers excellent mountability to a wide range of applications.
