They feature both input and output rail-to-rail. The mon mode input voltage extends 200 m V beyond the supply voltages at 25 °C, while the output voltage swing is within 100 m V of each rail with a 600 Ω load resistor. The devices consume typically 400 µA per channel while offering 1.6 MHz of gain bandwidth product. The amplifiers provide a high output drive capability at typically 65 m A loads.
