STISO620 - Dual channel digital isolator

Description

The STISO620 is a dual-channel digital isolator based on the ST thick oxide galvanic isolation technology.

The device provides two independent channels in the same direction with Schmitt trigger input, providing robustness to noise and high speed input/output switching time.
