STCF06 Description
The STCF06 is a high efficiency power supply solution to drive a single flash LED in camera phones, PDAs and other battery powered devices. It is a buck-boost converter able to guarantee a proper LED current control over all possible conditions of battery voltage and LED forward voltage. The output current control ensures a good current regulation over the forward voltage spread characteristics of the flash LED.
