The STB7102, designed for RF applications (0.5/ 2.5GHz), is a high isolation Local Buffer Amplifier.

Manufacturated in the third generation of ST proprietary bipolar process, it offers an excellent isolation (43dB) and a good linearity using only 4mA of current consumption.

Manufacturated in the third generation of ST proprietary bipolar process, it offers an excellent isolation (43dB) and a good linearity using only 4mA of current consumption. STB7102 is housed in a ultraminiature package SOT323-6L surface mount package, requiring very little board space (50% reduction vs SOT143 Package). SOT323-6L dime
